If you are running an FCPC, Slickster, or any modern minimalist plate carrier with bare shoulder straps, these pads provide targeted cushioning and advanced cable management without adding the bulky, rounded look of older tactical gear.

Key Specifications & Features

• Ergonomic Taper: Unlike standard rectangular pads, the UA35 features a tapered cut designed to contour perfectly with your neck and collarbone. This prevents the pad from rubbing against your neck during aggressive head movements or when in a prone firing position.

• Laser-Cut Cable Routing: Features precise laser-cut slots along the top surface. These act as tie-down points and routing channels for threading radio antennas, PTT (Push-To-Talk) cables, and hydration tubes flat against the pad, entirely eliminating snag hazards.

• Trifold Wrap Design: Utilizes a simple hook-and-loop (velcro) trifold closure. This allows you to install or remove the pads in seconds without having to disassemble your plate carrier's shoulder straps.
