At Apextac Gear, we stand behind the quality of our equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window
To ensure the safety and integrity of tactical equipment for all our customers, items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:
 * **Original Condition:** The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
 * **Original Packaging:** Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all hangtags, manuals, and accessories included.

The Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at info@apextacgear.com with your order number and photos of the item’s current condition.

 * **Shipping Costs:** Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Returns & DDP Fees
Because we operate on a **Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)** basis, your original purchase price included VAT and import tariffs paid directly to your local customs authority.
 **Refund Amount:** When a refund is issued, it will cover the cost of the **merchandise only**.
 **Non-Refundable Fees:** Original shipping costs and the pre-paid duties/VAT are non-refundable, as these funds were already remitted to the carrier and government authorities upon export.
